HOW DO WE SHIP YOUR SHIRTS?
If you place your order before 14:00 CET on a normal working day, we will pick, pack and ship your order the same day. When your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive its tracking number. During hectic periods, it might take a couple of days extra for us to get your order shipped.
We use extra sturdy and goodlooking packages that are developed specially for premium shirt delivery.
For deliveries to all countries, except Sweden, we use UPS as partner. The delivery time in Europe is normally 3-5 working days. For more estimated delivery times within and outside of Europe, please visit UPS.
The international door-to-door delivery fee is flat rate 25€ per shipment, and is free as of 100€ orders.
UPS will deliver the package to your door. If you’re not at home during delivery hours, you can contact UPS to change the delivery address. They will make three delivery attempts and give you a notification at each attempt. After that it will be stored by UPS for five days and then retuned to us.
For deliveries in Sweden, we use Postnord. Postnord delivers your package withing 1-2 working days, depending on where in the country you live. You will receive an SMS notification when the package has reached your closest distribution point. If you choose the Postnord hempaket delivery instead, we charge an extra 200SEK. The delivery time is the same, but the package will be delivered to your door. You will receive a text message from Postnord where you will have to state between which hours you want them to make the delivery.
If a package is not claimed and returned to us by the carrier, we will debit the customer a return fee. Read our Terms & conditions for more information.
